How We Work

Our Process

From first contact to final deliverable — here's exactly how we work, and how we tailor every engagement to your discipline.

Built Around How You Work

Every client has different tools, workflows, and compliance requirements. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your project requires a precise, one-time raw data export ready for your team's immediate use, or a continuous visual update tracking your site's ongoing changes, we structure the engagement completely around your process — not ours.

The Workflow

Five Steps, Every Project

01

Initial Consultation

We start with a scoping call to understand your project type, site conditions, deliverable requirements, and timeline. This is where we identify which client track applies and what data formats you need.

02

Flight Planning

We design a flight plan specific to your site — coverage area, altitude, overlap percentage, and GSD (ground sample distance) — to ensure the data density your deliverables require. For surveyor clients, we coordinate GCP placement at this stage.

03

Data Capture

We fly the site under FAA Part 107 authorization, capturing overlapping imagery with calibrated sensors. All flights are logged with timestamps, weather conditions, and equipment records.

04

Processing & QA

Raw imagery is processed through photogrammetric software to compile your visual deliverables. We run quality checks on image alignment, coverage continuity, and output resolution before anything leaves our hands.

05

Delivery

Final assets are packaged and delivered through your preferred secure cloud environment or direct platform interface. Projects under Non-PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) oversight are provisioned with interactive, view-only visual tracking links, while certified technical tracks conclude with raw data transfers dispatched directly to the project's surveying team.

Tailored Delivery

Client-Specific Delivery Tracks

We tailor the final delivery to match your workflow and compliance requirements.

General Contractors

View-Only Interactive Platform Access

For general contractors and project owners, we set up a hosted, view-only interactive platform where you can explore orthomosaics, 3D models, and progress comparisons directly in your browser. Measurement tools, export functions, and editing capabilities are disabled — giving your team a clean, read-only visual environment that's safe to share with ownership groups, lenders, or subcontractors without risk of accidental data modification.

  • Browser-based access — no software installation required
  • Measurement and editing tools disabled for view-only safety
  • Shareable link for ownership groups, lenders, and project stakeholders
  • Progress comparison overlays across multiple flight dates
Surveyors & Engineers

GCP Integration & Raw Format Exports

For licensed surveyors and engineers who need data they can bring into their own workflows, we accept client-provided Ground Control Points (GCPs) prior to the flight. Your GCPs are incorporated into the photogrammetric processing to improve image registration consistency. Deliverables are exported in the raw formats your software expects.

  • Accepts client-provided GCPs for high-relative positional consistency
  • Delivers .LAS point cloud files compatible with CAD and GIS platforms
  • GeoTIFF orthomosaic exports for direct import into your software
  • All data provided for PLS/PE verification prior to regulated use
